Job description:

Duties:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
Represent clients in dealings with Canadian immigration authorities.
Assist clients with visa applications, ITCs, and permanent residency processes.
Provide expert guidance on immigration pathways, strategies, and policies.
Stay abreast of changes in immigration law and policy.

Skills:

Expertise in legal writing and drafting.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Excellent negotiation skills.

License/Certification:

Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (required).
JD or LLB degree from a Canadian Law School (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
